Nominate a 2023 Sweet Survivor
Every year, KREWE DE PINK selects Six Sweet Survivors to honor at our event, “Death by Chocolate – NOT Breast Cancer”. You can view past survivors here.
Sweet Survivors are asked to write their story, attend a pre-event meet and greet with their fellow and past survivors as well as attend the main event.
Breast Cancer affects both men and women of all age groups. If you or someone you know has survived breast cancer, regardless of how long ago, please nominate them by using the form below. The deadline is April 16, 2023.
IMPORTANT: There will be many deserving people nominated each year, so remember, The MORE INFORMATION about activities and accomplishments of the nominee will assist the committee in making the selections. If there are others that may have more information about the nominee, have them send in a separate nomination. Thank you.
